The Health Information Hotline is the central point of intake, information, and referral for medical case management services for people living with HIV (PLWH) in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties. It is important for PLWH to be connected to medical case management services as there are HIV-specific resources that case managers can help individuals access in their area.
NOTE: The person living with HIV must call the Health Information Hotline and complete the intake process prior to contacting individual ASOs in Pennsylvania.
