The Passport and Dog Licenses counters at the Upper Bucks (beginning January 2) and Lower Bucks (beginning January 6) Government Services Center will be closed until late January, 2020. New hours will be posted in mid-January. We apologize for the disruption in service. Passports applications are accepted at the Justice Center in Doylestown and Dog Licenses are available at the Administration Building in Doylestown.

The Lower Bucks Government Services Center Counter opens to the public for all services - Passports, Dog Licenses and Job Applications - at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. The counter closes for lunch each day from 11 am until Noon, and closes to the public at 3 p.m.
Thank you for your attention to this schedule. Please also know that on days when the counter remains open past 11 a.m. due to an existing line, it may re-open later than noon on such days. Our primary goal is to be flexible enough to serve all of those in line at closing time so that they do not have to return.
In case of any additional closures, all services provided by Public Information at the GSCs can be performed in Doylestown: Passports, Dog Licenses and Job Applications.
