Campaign Finance
Waiver of Notarization Requirement for Campaign Finance Reports and Statements:
Act 2020-15, which was signed into law on April 20, 2020, allows for unsworn declarations for campaign finance reports and campaign finance statements filed by political committees, candidates for public office, and contributing lobbyists. Independent expenditure reports are also covered under the new law. You may also temporarily file your reports online by e-mailing to CampaignFinance@BucksCounty.org. In lieu of the notarization please attach this Unsworn Statement.
Please note: All candidates and committees for local office must file with the Bucks County Board of Elections, 55 East Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
