The Bucks County Sheriff’s Office is now serving all civil process.
Due to the surge in LTC inquiry and processing we are forced to cease issuing a License to Carry Firearms to anyone outside of Bucks County and Out of State until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to explore this again in the future once things level out.
Bucks County Sheriff’s Office
Sheriff Milton R. Warrell, III

Notice:
The Bucks County Sheriff’s office has been made aware that there is a current phone scam in which the caller states they are from the Bucks County Sheriff’s office. The caller proceeds to inform the recipient he/she missed Jury Duty and a warrant would be issued for his/her arrest…unless, the recipient of the call wires money, gives account information, purchases gift cards and supplies the information on them, etc.
At No Point will the Bucks County Sheriff’s office ever call and ask for money – in any form - to forgive a Warrant, or prevent a Warrant from being issued. If you receive a call like this simply hang up. Do not give the caller any information.
If you have any questions at all, as to whether the call was a scam, as to whether you have a warrant, etc. please call the Sheriff’s office at 215-348-6124.
