The Tohickon Valley Pool is situated within the wooded area of Tohickon Valley Park. The main pool ranges in depth from 3 feet to 5 1/2 feet. The kiddie pool is up to 1 foot in depth. All current campers at Tohickon cabins and campgrounds get resident rates at the pool during their stay with a permit receipt. Memberships and swim lessons are available.

Swim Lessons
All Lessons are Monday through Thursday for two weeks. Fridays are only used as bad weather make up days
Level 1 - Water Orientation - 11:00-11:30am ages 4 to 6 years old *Skills Taught: Breath Control, Buoyancy on Back (floating) Swim on Front, Swim on Back, Entry and Exit Skills, Personal and General Water Safety
Level 2 - Stroke Development - 10:00-10:45 am ages 4 to 12 years old *Skills Taught: Breath Control, Buoyancy on Back (floating) Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke, Personal and General Water Safety. Prerequisite skills: Must be able to float independently, and swim on front and back independently 5 - 10 yards.
Level 3 - Stroke Development - 9:00-9:45am ages 4 to 12 years old *Skills Taught: Rhythmic breathing, Stroke Coordination, Endurance, Personal & General Water Safety Prerequisite skills: Must be able to swim on front and back independently 10+ yards, Knowledge of Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Elementary Backstroke.
Children ages 4 and up (must be toilet trained) will learn to swim in a fun and safe environment. Each session is 2 weeks long (Monday through Friday). $55 per person per session.
