2019/20 Code Blue Season

Code blue will be called whenever the temperature goes below 20 degrees, but may also be called with higher temperatures based on consideration of wind chill, precipitation, or other circumstances. A code blue may be called for a single night’s duration in the event of extreme cold or other situation creating a public health risk.
