Area Agency on Aging Medication Survey

The weblink below is for a brief survey, mainly on medication use, that we kindly ask Bucks County seniors age 60 and older to complete.  The survey is a project that was made possible by a grant through the Bucks County Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. and will help the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging better assist the senior community.

The weblink is https://ironwoodinsights.survoxinc.com/i35747/

A paper copy of the survey can also be obtained by calling our office at 267-880-5700.  Online responses will be tabulated electronically, and paper surveys include a postage paid envelope addressed to the survey’s tabulator. The survey is totally anonymous.  Neither names nor individual responses will be known to, or shared with, anyone.

Many thanks for your help!

Who We Are

The Bucks County Area Agency on Aging (AAA), one of 52 in Pennsylvania, is responsible for the planning and implementation of a variety of services and programs to assist older adults and their families.  We are organized as the local agent of the PA Department of Aging, whose broad goal is to provide comprehensive services to help adults age 60+ maintain independence in their homes and communities.  Our priority consumers are those with the greatest needs and fewest resources.

What We Do

The AAA offers more than twenty programs covering a wide range of needs.  For those who qualify, these services may include in-home personal care and support services; family caregiver support; transportation; home-delivered meals and adult day care.  Additional services include health insurance counseling, adult protective services, legal assistance, health promotion programs and ombudsman services.  Consumers may also call the AAA to inquire about eligibility for the PACE program (pharmaceutical assistance), as well as the Rent and Property Tax Rebate Program.

For More Information

The AAA also has a comprehensive Information and Referral department to answer questions and offer referrals to other agencies in the community that provide the specific services needed. General information is also available on aging issues through an "Aging Collection," available at Bucks County Libraries.
