Businesses and Activities Permitted to Operate in the Green Phase New Guidelines as of November 23, 2020

The Department of Consumer Protection encourages businesses who are reopening to follow the CDC Business Guidelines. These guidelines are designed to protect employees, customers, and the general public. Accordingly, businesses retain all rights to refuse service to those who do not follow mitigation procedures which are in line with these guidelines. Bucks Back to Work Small Business Grant
The Bucks Back to Work program is funded through the Federal CARES Act with the goal to lessen the financial stress that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused on Bucks Businesses. For questions regarding this program please email bucksbacktowork@buckscounty.org.
The Bucks Back to Work Small Business Grant Round 3 application window has closed. Recipients will be notified about their award status in early December.

The Governor has passed new occupancy requirements for businesses in Pennsylvania. The limits are blow for reference. If you have any questions, please direct them to the Office of the Governor.
