Restrictive Probation Program – General Information

The Bucks County Restrictive Probation Program is a sentencing alternative for non-violent level 2, 3, and 4 offenses as well as 1st, 2nd or 3rd DUI offenses and DUS offenses under 75 Pa. C.S. § 1543 (b) that are sentenced through The Court of Common Pleas.  In line with the purposes established by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Bucks County focuses on protecting the community and promoting individual accountability and positive behavior change while improving efficiency and economy in the delivery of correctional services.
