Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Veterans ID Discount Card Events: March 22 in Doylestown and March 24 in Ivyland

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will continue its 2017 Veteran ID Discount Card road tour with a pair of events this week. They will take place on Wednesday, March 22 at Perkins Restaurant in Doylestown and Friday, March 24 at Rep. Scott Petri’s Senior Expo in Ivyland. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about organizations that can provide assistance and the upcoming Bucks County Tour of Honor. The events are scheduled as follows:

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209.

Approximately 1,400 Bucks County businesses now offer considerable discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to more than 14,000 eligible veterans who hold the Bucks County Veterans ID card.  A list of participating businesses is available on the official County website. To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part.
