County Recorder of Deeds Office to Offer Veterans ID Discount Cards at State Rep. Tina Davis Senior Fair, Sept. 8, 2016

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will visit Pennsylvania State Rep. Tina Davis’ Sixth Annual Senior Fair on Thursday, September 8, 2016. The event will take place from 9 a.m.-Noon at the Lower Bucks Hospital, 501 Bath Rd., Bristol, PA, 19007. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about organizations that can provide assistance.

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

Approximately 1,375 Bucks County businesses now offer considerable discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to more than 14,000 eligible veterans who hold the Bucks County Veterans ID card. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website.

To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part.
