County Recorder of Deeds Office to Offer Veterans ID Discount Cards at Oxford Valley Golf Course Wed., August 24

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will visit the Bucks County Parks & Recreation department’s Oxford Valley Golf Course in Fairless Hills on Wednesday, August 24, 2016. The event will take place from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at the facility’s clubhouse, which is located at 141 S. Oxford Valley Rd., Fairless Hills. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about organizations that can provide assistance.

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

Approximately 1,375 Bucks County businesses now offer considerable discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to more than 14,000 eligible veterans who hold the Bucks County Veterans ID card. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website.
