Bucks County Recorder Of Deeds Office To Issue Veterans ID Cards On National "Record Your Discharge Papers Day" November 2

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will be issuing Veterans ID cards during National “Record Your Discharge Papers Day,” which takes place Monday, November 2, 2015. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about organizations that can offer assistance when and where needed.

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

 

Roughly 1,300 Bucks County businesses now offer considerable discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to those holding the Bucks County Veterans ID card. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website.

 

To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part.
