Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Office to Host Veterans ID Event at Yardley VFW

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will be hosting a Veterans ID event at VFW Post 6393 in Yardley, Saturday, September 26, 2015. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about how organizations such as the VFW can offer assistance when and where needed.

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

Roughly 1,300 Bucks County businesses now offer considerable discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to those holding the Bucks County Veterans ID card. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website.

To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part.
