Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Office Covers Three Lower County Events with Veteran ID Card Sign-Up

The Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will hold three Veterans ID card events in the next two weeks at locations across Lower Bucks County.  Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card as well as learn more information about how these organizations can offer assistance when and where needed.

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

To date, just shy of 1,300 Bucks County businesses have agreed to offer substantial veterans discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to those holding the Bucks County Veterans ID card, and more are signing up to participate each day. To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website as well.
