Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Co-Sponsors Honor Flight Information Expos

April 2, 2015

Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Joe Szafran will join Senators Tommy Tomlinson, Charles McIlhinney, Stewart Greenleaf and Robert Mensch to hold a series of information sessions on the upcoming Bucks County Honor Flight being held October 5, 2015. Through the Honor Flight Philadelphia Program, the goal of Bucks County Honor Flight is to see that all county World War II  and Korean War Veterans have a chance to go to Washington DC, see the memorial, and come home, knowing they are not forgotten heroes, but loved and respected by their country.

Expo sessions will be held throughout the month of April, all over the County. No sign-up is required, and continental breakfast will be provided. Information will be provided for the World War II and Korean War veteran wanting to have an Honor Flight, as well as those wishing to assist in guardian roles and other needed volunteer positions.
