Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Office Travels the County with Veterans Discount ID Program

Bucks County Recorder of Deeds staff will travel from Lower Bucks County to Central Bucks County this Thursday and Friday, October 23 & 24 to administer Veteran Discount Cards. Veterans will have the opportunity to receive a free ID card at the following locations:

Thursday, October 23, 2014
Bensalem Senior Center
1850 Byberry Road,
Bensalem, PA 19020
10 am until 1 pm

Friday, October 24, 2014
Delaware Valley College
700 E. Butler Ave
Doylestown, PA 18901
10 am until 1 pm

Interested veterans must bring their original DD-214 form in order for the Recorder of Deeds staff to proceed with issuing the cards. Information about the program is available by calling 215-348-6209. 

To date, over 1,100 Bucks County businesses have agreed to offer substantial veterans discounts (5-20 percent on merchandise and services) to those holding the Bucks County Veterans ID card, and more are signing up to participate each day. To register a business to participate in the Veterans ID Discount Card Program, please call the county Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209 or visit www.BucksCounty.org to fill out a form stating intent to take part. A list of participating businesses is available on the official county website as well.
