County Health Department to Conduct Adult Mosquito Spray in Falls Township July 31

The Bucks County Health Department, in association with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), will conduct a limited adult mosquito control spray on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, between 7:45 and 9:30 pm - weather permitting – for the following streets in Fairless Hills: Auburn, Beaumont, Chatham, Dunbury, Eldridge, Fairfield, Glenmar, Hanford, Stanwood, Brentwood and Dunedin Roads, and Lebbie Lane.

The application chemical will be Duet, applied using an ultra low volume truck mounted sprayer at a rate of .75 ounce per acre. The trucks to be deployed for the spray will be a green Chevrolet truck with the County of Bucks seal on the side as well as a blue Ford Ranger pickup truck, also bearing the county seal.
