Bucks County to Hold Public Hearings on Human Services Block Grant Plan

Bucks County Human Services will hold two public hearings on the Human Services Block Grant Plan, a pilot program through the state which will eventually allow for counties to have more discretion in how Human Services state funding is spent.

The state selected 20 counties to participate in the program. In Fiscal Year 2012/2013, the County would be required to spend no less than 80% in each categorical funded program.

The public hearings will take place:
