Bucks County Board Of Elections Relocates Seven Voting Districts In Advance Of November 6 General Election

The Bucks County Board of Elections met today in the Bucks County Courthouse Community Room. During the meeting, Commissioners Charles H. Martin, board chairman, Robert G. Loughery and Diane M. Ellis-Marseglia discussed the relocation of seven county voting districts and the approval of a $3 million Open Space Referendum for Warrington Township. After approving the minutes of the March 21, 2012 and May 1, 2012 Board of Election meetings, the board unanimously approved the Warrington Township question and voted 3-0 to relocate the following districts in Hilltown, Upper Southampton and Warminster townships:

1530 Augsburg Drive, Hilltown 820 Route 113, Souderton
   
St. Peter’s Lutheran Church was only a temporary relocation. Polling place is moving back to Calvary Church.
Upper Southampton Twp
East 2
Fred J. Stackpole North and Southampton Reformed Church
Elementary School 1380 Bristol Road, Churchville
1350 Strathmann Road, Southampton  
Fred J. Stackpole Elementary is closing. North and Southampton Reformed Church will be a permanent re-location.
Upper Southampton Twp Klinger Middle School Davis Elementary School
North 3 and North 4 1415 2nd Street Pike, Southampton 475 Maple Avenue, Southampton
Davis Elementary School is re-opening. Klinger Middle School was only a temporary relocation.
Warminster Twp #1 and #17 Longstreth Elementary School Archbishop Wood High School
999 Roberts Road, Warminster 655 York Road, Warminster
Longstreth Elementary School is closing. Archbishop Wood H.S. will be a permanent relocation.
Warminster Twp #6 Log College Middle School Willow Dale Elementary School
730 Norristown Road, Warminster 720 Norristown Road, Warminster
Willow Dale Elementary School is re-opening. Log College Middle School was only a temporary relocation.
Warminster Twp #7 Alta S. Leary Elementary School Seventh-Day Adventist
157 Henry Avenue, Warminster Church
  10 Greene Road, Warminster
Alta S. Leary Elementary School is closing. Seventh-Day Adventist Church will be a permanent relocation.
Warminster Twp #10 and #16 Abington Health Center- Warminster Campus William Tennent High School
225 Newtown Road, Warminster 333 Centennial Road, Warminster
   
Renovations are now complete at William Tennent High School and we are returning the poll there. Abington Health Center was only a temporary relocation.
