County Health Department to Spray Mosquitoes Sept. 13 in Bristol Township
The Bucks County Health Department, with the concurrence of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), will conduct an adult mosquito spray on Thursday, September 13, 2012, between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. - weather permitting - in Bristol Township. The spray will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be limited to the following sections: Violetwood and Magnolia Hill. These sections will be sprayed by truck mounted sprayer.
The vehicles to be used will be a green 1997 Chevy pickup truck and a Green Ford Ranger pickup truck. Both vehicles will be marked with the Bucks County Health Department logo. The chemical to be applied will be Masterline Kontrol 4-4.
