County Health Department to Spray Mosquitoes August 24 in Warwick Township

The Bucks County Health Department, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), will conduct an adult mosquito spray on Friday, August 24, 2012, between 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. - weather permitting - in Warwick Township. The border of the spray is defined by the following roads: Almshouse, Guinea Lane, Turkey Trot Road, and Land Road. These roads as well as the following will be included in the spray; Guinea Lane Park, Carmel Drive, Sunrise Way, Brook Lane, Farmdale Road, Hawthorne Circle, Heather Circle, Greentree Circle, Pheasant Run Terrace, Briarwood Circle, Cold Brook Lane, Sunflower Circle.

The vehicles to be used will be a green 1997 Chevy pickup truck and a Green Ford Ranger pickup truck.  Both vehicles will be marked with the Bucks County Health Department logo.  The chemical to be applied will be Masterline Kontrol 4-4.
