Bucks County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Asking for Support from Lower Bucks
Volunteers are needed in Lower Bucks County to work with the Bucks County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) as health insurance counselors.
RSVP is a program under the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging that recruits and places volunteers, over the age of 55, with non-profit agencies throughout Bucks County.
RSVP is working with APPRISE, the State Health Insurance Assistance Program for PA’s Medicare beneficiaries. Volunteers are needed to assist older Bucks Countians with Medicare to better understand their health insurance options and make sound decisions about their medical insurance coverage.
A September training program for new volunteers is now scheduled. For more details and to volunteer please contact Lorraine Horvath, RSVP coordinator at 215-340-1210 ext 1243 or llhorvath@co.bucks.pa.us
