Commissioners Remind Residents of March 31 Application Deadline for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps low-income families pay their heating bills through a no-obligation grant. In order to be eligible to receive help through this Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare program, you do not have to be on public assistance or have an unpaid heating bill.
