There are no restrictions as to the number of letters a resident may send or receive.  Incoming mail is not censored unless there is reasonable cause to believe it may contain information, which may jeopardize the security or operations of the Centers (i.e. magazines relating to weapons, drugs, pornography, etc...)

All mail should be addressed to the Resident and should include their resident number. This number can be searched using the Correction Inmate Lookup. Using the resident number will help expedite the mail process.
