Flat 48-72 Hour DUI's

If you have been sentenced to a flat 48-72 hour DUI, you will be serving the sentence at either the Men's or Women's Community Corrections Center. You were given a copy of the rules and regulations for the Community Correction Centers when you where instructed by the Adult Probation Department. If you did not receive a copy or misplaced the one you were given, please review the list by clicking here.

These rules include, but are not limited to: No cell phones, no tobacco products, no alcohol or alcohol based products, no cologne, perfume or body spray, no flip flops, and all shirts must have sleeves. Please also note on the above attachment the list of banned medications.

No drop-offs or visits will be permitted during your 48/72 hour incarceration.
