Shall debt in the sum of Ninety-Seven Million ($97,000,000) Dollars for the purpose of financing the cost of constructing and equipping a new high school for Neshaminy School District, funding reserve funds and capitalized interest and paying costs relating to the Project and its financing, be authorized to be incurred as debt of Neshaminy School District approved by its electors?
