Instructions for Public Access to Commissioners' Meetings during Disaster Emergency

The Administration building is now open to the public by appointment only, and the Commissioners’ Meeting Room will have reduced seating capacity to permit the social distancing needed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, members of the public who wish to attend the December 2, 2020 meeting must reserve a seat by contacting Victoria Tasher at vjtasher@buckscounty.org or 215.348.6415.  Reservations will be accepted on a rolling basis. 

To facilitate contemporaneous public access to this meeting, the meeting will be broadcast via live-stream at facebook.com/BucksCountyGovt.  Members of the public will not need a Facebook account to view the meeting live.  A recording of the meeting will be posted on this site shortly after the meeting.  

Members of the public who wish to make brief public comment may do so in person (while wearing a face covering). Additionally, members of the public who wish to comment on “agenda items” may submit an e-mail to PublicComment@buckscounty.org in accordance with the following procedures:

  1. The e-mail must be sent on December 2, 2020 between 10:00 and 10:05 am.  
  2. The subject line must reference the agenda item(s) being commented upon.
  3. The body of email must contain your name AND municipality/township of residence.
  4. The total length of your question or comment should not exceed 300 words.
If your message does not adhere to these procedures, the Board of Commissioners will not be required to read or consider your e-mail during the meeting.
