Bucks County Commissioners' Women's Advisory Council
The goal of the Bucks County Commissioners' Advisory Council for Women is to stimulate public dialogue of important issues to women and community; foster creative solutions; affirm the importance of the meaningful involvement of women in all levels of society, business and government; and to empower women in achieving their potential.
The Bucks County Commissioners' Advisory Council for Women consists of 15 volunteers who have been appointed for a 3 year term by the Bucks County Commissioners.
The council is committed to INTEGRITY, INVOLVEMENT and EXCELLENCE. They
- interact with women collaboratively, respectfully, and in the spirit of service.
- value community and family with tolerance for the range of human experience.
- empower women to achieve their potential.
For twenty-five years the Council has organized A Day for all Women, an exciting event each October with the Bucks County Community College. Keep checking back for more information on the next event.
